SHORT BIO
After growing up in Australia and living in the UK, Germany and Singapore, I ended up coming to France to learn a new language and to finish my studies. I love thinking about applied computer vision problems, writing code and figuring out how to make useful products. A two-year stint in a Parisian software start-up convinced me to look for another exciting start-up adventure – and I joined Amphitrite at the start of 2023. I use satellite images and in-situ observations to make state-of-the-art models for high-resolution ocean current forecasts as well as 3D models of the ocean subsurface.
